    I just received my ottoman about an hour ago so I can't say much about durability but it does look nice, however there are a few things Im disappointed about.1) There are a bunch of knicks in the wood trays, can be easily filled in with a sharpy but I just opened the box, why is it knicked?2) The dimensions on the ad read 36"Wx36"Dx18"H.. this is FALSE. I thought my ottoman looked a little lower than I expected so I pulled out the measuring tape, sure enough, it is 2" shorter than advertized. My ottoman is 35.5"Wx35.5"Dx16"H. This 2 inches makes a HUGE difference for us. The bench on our couch is 21"H so I was trying to find something close, but now we HAVE to go to [...] and buy some wood to make legs to screw into the bottom of the ottoman and raise it up to the height we need.3) There are scratches in the leather on the trays. Once again, noticed these right after opening the box.To sum it up, I do like this ottoman, the issues are fixable and we are willing to do them ourselves as this was still a good price for a pretty nice ottoman even considering the problems but be aware that this may be the case for your order as well.

      We decided to get this to replace our glass coffee table before our first born arrives. What a great choice! The ottoman lids are nicely padded and even comfy to sit on. The color is a very dark brown, chocolate color. It is on wheels and it moves as a whole. However, there are four individual storage spaces under each lid, minimizing the space inside. Each storage space is 14in x 14in. Each tray is 15in x 15in. and has handles on 2 sides. It is shorter than I expected, at 16 inches.

      Things I would change: make the wheels optional or removable, merge two interior sections to make 1 large and 2 small.

      NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED!! Delivery was prompt, it was not scratched or torn.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            We needed an ottoman big enough for a family to store games and exercise equipment, etc. We have a paraplegic in the household and also need to be ablel to move it easily. This was the perfect solution. It looks nice, the tops are easy to turn over and use and there are four nice storage areas. The only problem is that one corner was torn and the fabric was scuffed. I can probably fix it and it not be noticeable but it was disappointing. I could return it, but we felt it was more trouble than we wanted to go through and there's no guarantee the next one wouldn't be damaged as well. All in all, we're happy with it and the price was definitely right.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
